PANADERIA DE MOLO

A trademarked pioneer pasalubong brand, known not for where it began but for the taste and quality that generations remember.


Rooted in Iloilo City’s rich pasalubong tradition, Panaderia de Molo has long been part of the city’s culinary heritage—a legacy built on time-honored craftsmanship and recipes passed down through generations.

Originally established by the Jason-Sanson family, the brand’s production is now managed by the family-owned corporation Iloilo HLC Foods Corporation, while the only four official Panaderia de Molo stores are operated by Tiendecitas de Iloilo Food Products, a sole proprietorship under Hyacinth L. Catral— IPOPHL registered trademark owner and descendant of the founding family of Panaderia de Molo, established in Molo, Iloilo City.


We remain the original makers of Iloilo’s famous biscuits—biscocho principe, bañadas, galletas, hojaldres, and more—crafted from recipes passed down through generations. We also offer a variety of other authentic Filipino pastries and pasalubong favorites, all made with the same dedication to quality and tradition.

Our Story

When Molo Church was rebuilt in stone during the late 19th century, egg whites were used to bind its slabs together.


The leftover yolks? They found new purpose in the hands of the practical and ingenious Jason sisters of Molo — spinster siblings who transformed them into irresistible biscuits, guided by Spanish recipes.


From that humble act
