Rooted in Iloilo City’s rich pasalubong tradition, Panaderia de Molo has long stood as part of the city’s culinary heritage—a legacy shaped by time-honored craftsmanship and products that have become a significant part of Iloilo’s history.
Originally established by the Jason–Sanson family, the brand’s production is now overseen by the family-owned Iloilo HLC Foods Corporation. Meanwhile, the four official Panaderia de Molo stores are operated by Tiendecitas de Iloilo Food Products, a sole proprietorship under Hyacinth L. Catral—granddaughter of Luisa Jason Sanson, a legacy operator of Panaderia de Molo in Molo, Iloilo City, and the IPOPHL-registered trademark owner of the brand.
We are the original maker of Iloilo’s famous heritage biscuits—biscocho principe, bañadas, galletas, hojaldres, and more—crafted from recipes passed down through generations. Our selections also include a variety of other authentic Filipino pastries and pasalubong favorites, all made with the same dedication to quality, authenticity, and tradition.
